Israel has also focused on assisting smaller nations in creating cybersecurity startups. Prior to PKWARE, he was President and CEO of Global Software, Inc. (now named insightsoftware), a former TSCP portfolio company and the global leader in corporate performance management (CPM) reporting solutions. He led Global Software through two successful nine-figure transactions to market-leading private equity firms, Thompson Street Capital Partners and TA Associates. In addition to being CEO, Spencer serves on the Board of Directors of Palisade Company, the world leader in Risk and Decision Analysis Solutions, a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team, and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
