In addition to being CEO, Spencer serves on the Board of Directors of Palisade Company, the world leader in Risk and Decision Analysis Solutions a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire where he was a member of the men’s basketball team and an MBA-Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
